Office Coordinator

We're currently looking for an experienced Office Coordinator. This job calls for someone who is willing to jump between various departments such as production, marketing, PR etc, within a rapidly growing enterprise.Candidates must be able to prioritize, multitask and handle multiple travel schedules, calendars, and projects. Interest and general knowledge of cinema and/or production is a must. This is a small office and is a great opportunity for anyone interested in making the transition into film production where there is plenty of room to grow. Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Book domestic/international travel for multiple executives.
- Oversee general office needs.
- Handle financial duties such as processing expense reports.
- Coordinate and liaise with external departments to schedule meetings.
- Organize company events such as retreats, lunches, offsite internal meetings etc.
- Assist with production, marketing, and administrative duties (this includes helping fulfill merch orders in-office for an online store).


Video Producer

We are currently seeking to add an experienced, organized, and goal-oriented video producer to our digital team. As a video producer, you will be managing, writing, directing, and editing various short form video projects, promotional videos, social media videos and other enterprise-wide content within a company currently experience rapid growth this will give you the opportunity to work independently, to experiment and grow and help others do the same while helping drive business objectives. 

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Script writing, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines and select optimal forms of media for projects

  • Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables

  • Facilitate the creation of multimedia content

  • Plan video shoots; scout, select, and reserve shoot locations

  • Develop production schedules

  • Select and manage additional crew and talent; direct and coach talent; make transportation arrangements for the crew, talent, and equipment; and ensure all location power needs are met

  • Reserve and rent equipment

  • Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over, media management, and archiving project media

  • Secure rights and licensing as appropriate.

  • Manage video library
